2 Online Group Meetings Per Week**

*Gym Not Required. However, if you are more advanced and/or have access to a gym or workout equipment, you may choose to incorporate different exercises into your workouts.

**There will be 4 meetings each week (2 morning meetings and 2 evening meetings) to try to make more availability around different people’s schedules, but members are only expected to attend 2 meetings per week to check in, ask questions, and stay accountable. Members may attend all 4 meetings if they choose, however.
